The heat worked fine since it was cold out. It's a good place to stay if you are just needing a low-price place to stay for a night or maybe two. Staff was friendly. No open restaurant withing walking distance so you'll need a car, but wasn't a problem for me.

Wall socket should be provided on the bedside so people can charge their phones or laptops. Also the reading table has no wall socket too, I had to good to the dressing mirror area to charge my devices.

Pool was never open. Room had roaches crawling up walls, no outlet covers so wired exposed, etc. Had to park around the corner most times. Hotel manager was a nut, even asked me to clean the grounds because I received a discount at booking!

The room was good except, no outlets to plug in Cpap machines. Also the cord on the phone receiver kept falling out. There was only one ice machine located at the back of the complex. Amenities sucked! Besides the ice machine both coffee pots broke and breakfast was a joke! Still trying to figure out why the price went up $20!! Would love to speak to a human!!!

Room had trash left in it and a dirty nasty towel on the sink. Toilet leaked every use. Parking was horrible. Not enough spaces for each room. Had to wait 10 minutes to be checked in do to no one being at the front desk. When calling no one would answer. Bed was comfy.

First, gave us key to dirty room. Then our room had cockroach. Breakfast basically nonexistent, little to offer, rotten bananas. No hot anything except coffee. 2 kinds dry cereal (kid stuff). Dry mini muffins. No yougurt, , nothing!!
