This was the perfect spot. Lovely home, well appointed kitchen, comfy beds and living area. Spotless. Really felt like home away from home. Location was walking distance to fun coffee shops, dining and, most importantly, ice cream. Great host, too.

This was perfect for our family of 6 adults.Very comfortable beds and the location so convenient to everything.I have a couple of recommendations:• have at lease 6 stemmed wine classes• a rubber mat for the upstairs bath tub… the tub is very slick and potentially dangerous… also consider installing a hand rail.Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property

Petticoat is a beautiful historic home. It's been updated but they did a wonderful job of keeping the home's original charm. I love all of the personal touches. The backyard is amazing and we spent most of our time there relaxing and hanging out. It's super close to Buffalo Trace and the cute shops in town. Thanks for a wonderful time!
