Approximately 15 minutes from Fort Boonesboro, 30 minutes from one of the nations most visited state parks ( Red River Gorge- Natural Bridge). Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walking distance from Legacy Park.

Off street parking , large deck and great location, only 30 minutes from one of the most visited state parks in the country ( Natural Bridge-Red River Gorge) ready for adventure? Rock climbing, hiking, caving, and much much more. Approximately 20 minutes from Lexington Kys most popular shopping and dining areas. Parking access is in the rear of the home so you will need to enter the property from the next street over ( Maryland Ave) . Once you arrive if you enter the front of the home on Forest Ct you will understand quickly what I am trying to explain. Back door will have a keypad in which we will give you the combination number the day of check in.

Has all the essentials
Our work team stayed here for a couple days. Plenty of sleeping capacity, and the beds were good quality. Quiet neighborhood. Very spacious basement with another bedroom, perfect for putting the snorer into. Wayne the host was great to deal with. This is a nicely renovated place, a couple things appeared to still be under construction, and the yard could use some work, but those things were not a big deal for us.

Wonderful Experience!
We came into town for a work event in Lexington and Wayne was an outstanding host. Beautiful home with plenty of bedrooms to sleep a big group. Wayne was very accommodating and checked in with us throughout the stay. They made sure to provide extra towels/linens/garbage bags knowing we had a large group! I would absolutely recommend this home if you are looking in this area!
