Absolutely Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here
Our experience at this hotel was truly awful from start to finish. The first room we were given had a strong, unpleasant smell the moment we walked in. The room was visibly dirty, the curtains were stained, and to our shock, we even found insects inside. We immediately went to the front desk to ask for another room, but the desk worker was rude and dismissive instead of helpful.
After some pushback, we were moved to a second room — only to find the exact same problems. The odor, the dirt, the stains, and the insects were all still there. It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not priorities at this hotel.
When we requested a refund, the front desk worker refused to authorize it and only relented after we contacted Hotels.com directly. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was astounding.
This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Between the filthy rooms, poor hygiene standards, and unhelpful staff, I strongly recommend avoiding this property altogether. Spend your money somewhere that actually values its guests and maintains a clean, comfortable environment.
