Very quiet neighborhood. The parking space is a little tight, and I have a palisade l, though that is under the carport. There is additional parking space uncovered with plenty of space for larger vehicles. That all said, the process was easy, very responsive host, clean house with plenty of space. It was an easy drive for family weekend at WSU. Overall, wonderful stay, plenty of amenities for cooking and TV had plenty of options for entertainment.
