A living/dining room with a table, chairs, sofa, TV, and Wi-Fi, all opening onto a balcony with outdoor furniture (table and chairs). A bathroom with a walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and washing machine. There is a separate toilet. The sleeping area consists of a first bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and storage space, the second bedroom with a bunk bed with a 140x190 and 90x190 mattresses, and a second 90x190 bed on wheels. A private outdoor parking space, a baby bed, and a booster seat are available. Ref. APPA 142.
