House located at the entrance of Les Sables d'Olonne, in a sought-after neighbourhood known for its tranquillity, an idyllic setting very close to the sea, 2 km from the Grande Plage des Sables (4 adult bicycles and 1 children's bicycle are at your disposal), 500m from local shops.

Beautiful bike rides or walks will take you along the wild coast (Puits d'enfer, Cayola, La Chaume, the marshes, the forest...) or towards the Grande Plage des Sables d'Olonne (seafront promenade, pedestrian streets...)
