Stay in peace and quiet in the beautiful resort of Les Sables d'Olonne in this single-storey house located in a residential area while being close to shops and the beach.This house of approximately 50m², newly built, includes a living room of 25m², south-facing, with a fully equipped open kitchen to make your stay more comfortable. The living room opens directly onto a pleasant terrace without vis-à-vis, equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a jacuzzi The night area is composed of:- A bedroom with a Queen size bed 160 200.- A bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a 180/200 bed)- A bathroom with Italian shower, sink and towel rack- A separate toilet.This accommodation also has a private parking space.N.B.: A second similar house can be rented separately but it is also possible to contact us to book the 2 houses together to reach 8 beds.It is important to note that the jacuzzi is optional during the period from October 1st to April 30th. Nous avons passés 10 jours dans le logement "les cygnes", situé dans un quartier calme, logement avec des équipements de qualité, rien ne manque, bon confort. Terrasse très spacieuse avec jacuzzi bien agréable.
