ROSE Holidays offers this duplex house, located in a calm and central neighbourhood of Les Sables d'Olonne.

Capacity: up to 4 people.



The house is arranged on two levels:

Ground floor: a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a bedroom with two single beds, separate WC

Duplex: living area with lounge, TV, dining table, equipped kitchen (gas stove with oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine), shower room

Exterior: private patio with outdoor table and electric plancha, perfect for your summer meals



Ideally located, on foot: shops, cafés, market, restaurants, beach, harbour and bicycle hire. Cycle paths just a stone's throw away.

Logement passable

Quelques déboires dès l arrive avec un lustre de chambre tombé au sol, des soucis de plomberie ( fuite, problème de canalisation) manger a l extérieur a été compliqué avec les odeurs qui étaient très désagréable, pas de cafetière Senseo comme le prévoit la photo, pas de place de parking ( sinon payante) gratuite a 1kms 3, un technicien est venu pendant notre séjour, or celui-ci aurait pû venir après notre départ, j'ai demandé un geste commercial pour tous ces désagréments mais pas de réponse, je suis déçu qui plus est, première expérience avec Abritel.Je pense que le service de conciergerie devrait contrôler davantage avant l arrivé dès voyageurs.
