Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé

L'appartement est fonctionnel, assez spacieux pour quatre personnes. Les literies du canapé lit et des lits superposés ont l'air assez récents. En revanche, le sommier et les couches de matelas/sur-matelas du lit double ont vécus au vu de l'aspect et du confort. Les équipements sont suffisants dans la cuisine. L'appartement est très bien situé, vraiment proche de la plage et au coeur du quartier le plus animé des sables mais tout en étant au calme. Le mauvais point de cette location est le ménage, on nous prend une caution de 88€ pour le ménage à notre arrivée, la remise des clés se fait à l'agence sans état des lieux d'entrée. Nous avons rendu le logement plus propre qu'à notre arrivée... En témoigne les couches de poussières sur les objets et les moutons de poussières sous les lits à notre entrée dans l'appartement... De même pour la cuisine, nettoyée en surface mais l'intérieur du frigo et du micro-onde ne l'était pas... La remise des clés au départ se fait à l'appartement avec un état des lieux de sortie.

Très bon séjour aux sables d'Olonne

La location est très bien. L'appartement est très bien agencé. Tout est sur place, il ne manque rien. Conforme aux photos.

Plutôt correct mais ...

Location plutôt correcte mais quelques détails à revoir : poignée porte du frigo cassée, poignée de la chambre cassée, joints de douches qui ne tiennent pas. Il manque un micro onde et un séchoir a linge un peu plus adapté pour 4 personnes. Impossible de faire fonctionner le Wifi avec les explications données par le propriétaire. Enfin appartement dans un vieil immeuble donc une odeur de renfermé, d d'humidité bref pas agréable du tout.
