It consists of a lovely 50 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a beautiful mezzanine bedroom, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a shared garden of approximately 50 m². Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining area, and open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- A mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom (with shower) and toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 6×4 m swimming pool (unheated and shared), secured by an alarm and open all year round
- A jacuzzi (for up to 3 people) open all year round

The house is ideally located in Les Anses-d'Arlet, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
