Inaugurated in November 2022, completely new. Spacious and very bright studio in the heart of the old town of León. Located in the old Palace Don Ramiro de Laciana Quiñonez with pleasant views to a garden courtyard.

Our Palacio de Don Ramiro studio (1) has a spacious and diaphanous distribution that has a space dedicated to rest with a 1.50 m double bed, dressed in white lingerie and accessories that give it a harmonious touch. A comfortable bathroom, with a shower tray with a screen, a cabinet with a double sink and a toilet. Equipped with towels, gel and toilet soap. The living room - kitchenette composes a continuous and at the same time contrasted sequence and has a comfortable 1.10 m sofa bed. Television Smart TV. Study table and chair. Distributed lighting at different points, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Forced ventilation. Elevation of electric curtains and blinds. The kitchen, functional, has a ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, microwave, washer/dryer, coffee maker, toaster, blender and the necessary utensils, which will make it easier to share your moments with family or friends around the fantastic island that completes it.

An ideal place to enjoy the city of León, in the historic center and where you will feel at home.

La entrada sin ningún problema al ir todo por código, de hecho no hay que preocuparse de llaves, me parece muy cómodo.... no se que pasaría si se fuera la luz Es como una habitación de hotel grande, donde, en un espacio tenemos el salón (con un tamaño majo) y una cocina americana, separada del salón por una barra/mesa, y al otro lado del tabique (pero sin puertas) la habitación. Aislado del resto por una puerta, el baño, que está muy bien, con una ducha que sale perfectamente, tanto de cantidad de agua como de caliente. La cocina, pese a ser pequeña, bien equipada: campana que aspira bien, placa de inducción, horno que va muy bien, menaje abundante, una nevera bastante buena y de buen tamaño. Está en una calle peatonal, con buen acceso (se aparca a un minuto, en zona azul o aparcamiento de pago) a unos minutos del barrio húmedo. Tranquilidad total, ni un ruido.

Aparcamiento en las inmediaciones en zona azul además de los parkings aconsejados de pago.Jaime nos atendió en todas la dudas.Al llegar teníamos la calefacción puesta así que la temperatura del apartamento era perfecta.Debido a que el sofá era nuevo no abría con facilidad para convertirlo en cama, y envío a una persona a hacerlo.Necesitamos entrar un poco antes de la hora indicada y salir un poco más tarde y muy amablemente nos lo permitieron. Muchísimas gracias.Os recomendaremos sin duda ??
