Staff was very capable. Especially loved the dining and bar staff. Watching the sunset at the rooftop bar, with a drink and friends, was great. Liked our room. Not quite sure why the shower had a stopper (it kept slipping over the drain) and our bathroom sink kept clogging. Those were our only complaints. Awesome views!

The food was delicious but most importantly the staff was extremely friendly and helpful for our stay. They even help arrange transportation from the hotel to the airport which made the stay more easy and relaxing for my sister and I.

Worst experience ever . I have a list of never ending issues: 1: Out of service pool heat for 2+ weeks. 2.Telephone never worked or it was intentionally blocked by the management team. I complained several times but no action was taken ever. I had to walk down for towels , bath tissues. 3. Big time liars straight to my family’s face. No housekeeping was provided for several days. 4. They decided to turn off the water supply for the whole day without prior notice and didn’t give a damn about notifying us. We spent all day in the hotel and then they used this for not cleaning out room again. 5. The management literally told us to leave the hotel if we were not happy despite we prepaid for the hotel room. 6. The management told us to pay for the tissues because we requested for the days the rooms were not cleaned . 7. Zero hospitality ethics despite all of the staff is roaming around in suits and calling them self executive class . Funny mess. 8. Be prepared to get tortured daily for various issues in case you plan to book here. We decided to move to a different hotel before our checkout date as it was messing up our visit to Leon on vacation.
