Due to our flight, we arrived pretty late. The code we were provided for the door was incorrect, but the host answered the phone right away and was able to get it straightened out despite the late hour. We also had a hiccup with the water, but I think it was a city issue, not an issue with the house itself. It was working several hours later, and luckily, the issue took place overnight. Some things to know:1. The neighborhood is next to two busy roads. It wasn't really an issue, noise-wise, but if I had small children, I'd want to know that. The neighborhood was actually very quiet.2. The WiFi password is taped on the modem. We had to contact the host for it as it was not included in the check-in info--didn't realize it was there.3. One towel per guest is provided for your stay. There are some toiletries in the bathrooms, but there are no washcloths or dishcloths. Bring your own if you need those. There were two dishtowels that we could find.4. You will need to bring your own paper towels if you need them.Overall, the stay was good and the house was very clean. It is close to JetBlue Stadium and RSW airport which made our early departure flight a little more convenient. There are not many restaurants or businesses close by that we saw. There's a Publix about 3.5 miles away. The host was very responsive to our communication, and the house was very clean.

Baseball Tournanent visit

We chose this house as a central location for 2 moms and their baseball sons playing in a Ft. Meyers tournament! It was a great spot near everything we needed! And plenty of space for all of us!
