The pool area was very nice, but the pool wasn’t very clean. The filter did not appear to be working, and it didn’t appear that there were any chemicals in the pool. House itself was clean. One of the recliners was broken and stayed in the reclined position all week. Host was prompt with replies to questions and comments, and was pleasant.

Pool was dirty but they came the next day & cleaned it. Too many rules about keeping a certain temperature in the house. Furniture was very nice and Kitchen was well stocked utensils & pots & pans with everything you need and more. Great place for entertaining!! Great Value!

This was an overall pleasant stay. The neighborhood was quiet except weekends when some of the neighbors would remain in party mode until 12 or so. The weekend of the 4th was beautiful to sit on the lania and see the neighorhood fireworks show explode around us.

Great Value for the Money and Location

The host was very responsive, let me have things mailed directly to place before check-in, as well as early check-In…Would not hesitate to book again, the pool area was superb, very spacious!

Quiet and Peaceful

This house was a quiet, peaceful place to crash after a busy day at the beach. It was spacious, with plenty of room for two couples as well as a lovely screened lanai, with a beautiful pool.
