Lovely property. As soon as you get there you are kindly greeted by staff and they really seem to care to make sure you have a good experience. When me and my friend arrived to the hotel we got a free room upgrade and the lovely concierge with the blonde hair helped us plan our days in Split. Perfect location with convenient valet parking. If you like peace and quiet this may not be the place for you as Old Town Split is where everything is happening. I enjoyed hearing music from my window and seeing the life in the city. But that is a personal preference . When I come to Split again with my family I will make sure to stay here again! This is truly a five star experience.
The check in procedure left something to be desired. I knew that our room would not be available at 10am; so we went for a walk and had lunch and came back at 2pm. Only one room was available at that time and the other two were not available till almost 3pm. I find this unexpectable; since check out time is noon; with no exceptions. Be aware of this check in issue and plan your arrival accordingly.

Wonderful hotel. We were there and extended for an extra day. Located less than 2 minutes from old city. Easy walk to anywhere. Views from roof and the breakfasts are spectacular.

Definitely a top hotel in Dubrovnik, close to all the action! My room was super clean and huge and staff cleaned it every day. The breakfast was very delicious with lots of variety. Would love to stay there again.
Its real nice having the bar with a good view on the roof . It was not so good that you had to make an appointment to go in the hot tub up there... and only in the day time. Other wise everything was groovy
Problem with first arrival. With wife with broken ankle, directed to door with stairs. Later discovered approach not requiring stairs. Directed to pharmacy by taxi for crutches that did not have crutches. Breakfast only marginally acceptable.

You couldnt be closer to the action. There are two entrances and one of them goes out right onto the road right into the old town walls. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The rooftop has beautiful views, facilities were super clean, modern and luxurious. The breakfast was really nice. I would stay here again.
Staff went above and beyond to provide a great experience including recommending dinners, activities, and sights to see as well as making me a to-go breakfast package so that I could enjoy breakfast on the way to catch my early morning flight. Will definitely be back again. My advice is to make sure their rooftop deck is open as it's currently under construction.
The front desk staff were amazingly helpful. The rooms are a good size for European hotels and the breakfast was good. They even have a gluten-free section as part of the breakfast buffet. When I came back from a boat excursion covered in salt water, they were able to quickly wash and dry my clothes for my departure the next day. The only cons for the fact that the restaurant really doesn't have a dinner menu and the concierge was young, inexperienced and not very knowledgeable. She did finally managed to get me a bus reservation that I required
