Great home and location

We had a great stay at this house. Super clean, had everything we needed, close enough to walk to town. Golfcart was an added bonus. Can not wait to visit again!

My wife and I visited for her birthday. Played pickleball, drove around on the golf cart and visited a lot of the rec centers. It was great to be able to bring our dog.

We had a wonderful stay at your home! The check-in process was very easy, though the guest pass was not available upon arrival. However, your daughter was incredibly kind and promptly delivered it to us the next day, which we truly appreciated.The house itself is beautiful, well-furnished, and stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Everything was exceptionally clean, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved using the golf cart—it was a great addition to our experience.Overall, we agree with all the other positive reviews and would highly recommend this home. Thank you for a fantastic

Short stay

We had a 2 night stay so we didn’t spend a lot of time in the villa. Overall it’s a nice villa. I don’t care for carpet but I did know that ahead of time. We couldn’t get the lights over the vanity to work in the bathroom and some confusing information on where to leave the garbage. And yes it is a hassle trying to get the towels and sheets washed before the 10am check out time. We rented this villa due to its close proximity to the square.

Convenient and Clean

This is our second year to stay here. We enjoy the convenience to family and the amenities of The Villages. The villa was once again very clean and well stocked. Check in and communication with the owners was seamless.

Intrusive owner

We had to work around the owners maintenance schedule. First, he had to pick up a drape that was soiled to get it laundered. Second, golf cart maintenance, thirdly, HVAC maintenance. While not completely debilitating, it caused us some inconvenience.

Wanted to know if the area was for me, it was :)

Great two bedroom property close to Sumter landing, a well appointed kitchen if you choose to do your own cooking. Cozy beds with luxury sheets, enough room to invite guest for supper at the lovely table. We found the directions for using the property easy to follow and reasonable, nothing I wouldn’t ask of my own Family or guests. Locking the doors and adjusting the Temperature and turning off the lights isn’t too difficult to request as you’re leaving for the airport. The price could not be beat, response time from the owner was incredible for questions and they were very gracious with their time. Some people commented that there were not amenities such as shampoo or that simple request to change the linens to the provided clean sets was offputting. I didn’t have a problem with it, nor did I have a problem with popping the used to be laundered. I appreciate it, but it was a lovely house and the Request reasonable to help keep the cost affordable.

Lacked basic necessities

Enjoyed our stay in The Villages at this home. Everything was really nice with the exception of the basic necessities we have come accustomed to in other VRBO's that we have stayed at. There was no coffee, no paper toweling, very little toilet paper, no shower soap, body wash or shampoo. All of our other stays in VRBO's have covered these items. When on vacation, the first thing you don't want to do when arriving at your stay is to have to run out to the store to buy all of these items just to feel at home. We chose this place mainly for the privacy fence in the backyard for our dogs to be able to roam without a leash. The yard was small but it was enough for vacation. The use of the golf cart was appreciated. Our only other issue was the check out process. The rules were clearly stated that we needed to wash the sheets and towels, etc before we left. We never had to do this at any other VRBO stay in the past. Again, we understood the rules, but it would have been nice to have appliances there were updated. We spent nearly 4 hours washing 3 loads of clothes before checking out which put a negative on a very nice stay. We communicated with the owners about their washer not rinsing properly and how long the drier took to dry the sheets but never heard back from them. We responded to their text messages multiple times during our stay but they did not respond back to our concern. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
