As soon as I got out the elevator you can smell the scent of cigarette smoke walked passed every door up to my room and seen the all hand no smoking signs , walked in the room and can smell like some one recently smoked in the room . it was almost midnight and didn't want to start any complaints as me and my wife were both exhausted from traveling . we decided to leave it be but the smell was causing my pregnant wife to get headaches i contacted Orbitz to amend my stay as we decided to leave the location. was was a fail they claim the will help me to get a refund the agent at check out told me i will be refunded once Orbitz reaches out as i booked "third party" but sounds like Orbitz wont be giving a refund .
The property was very nice. It was very quiet. The room was very clean very cute. I wish the light above the bed would stop making sound, but I didn’t really use that light after I heard the sound other than that the shower had felt great. I didn’t wake up for breakfast. But I did not hear any noise besides the street noise however, it was bike week. Had a great day. Thank you so much.
The room was great with a couch, fridge, microwave, and a small table for 2, perfect for my wife and I to eat our evening meals. We also liked the lighting with the switches right next to the bed. It felt like you were in a nice, cozy apartment. Never got to the pool, but the breakfast was great and the host ( from Monday to Friday) was very, very friendly and always happy and smiling and greeting everyone! Great to wake up to a friendly face!
Friendly staff and the place is clean. But, Definitely a little tired.

The hotel itself was wonderful. The young man working the front desk as well as another overnight clerk was fantastic and very helpful. There was one new clerk who had said she only had been there a couple of weeks that for whatever reason would give us dirty looks. Don't know what was up with that. The only thing why 4 and not 5 stars are that every day someone would go into our room and turn the fan off on our A/C unit. Making our room all stuffy when we came back. We had a do not disturb sign on the door, always leaving our dirty towels and trash outside the door. We would go down stairs at night and get trash bags and towels, so the maid wasn't going in our room. Since it was just my sister and myself this creeped us out and wondered why someone had been in our room. Though we liked the hotel and everything was clean, we won't stay again because someone was in our room each day that wasn't the maid, and this made us feel unsafe.
The facility is clean and staff are friendly.

It’s a very average property on a busy commercial road. Seemed overpriced for what it was. Would not stay there again. Not at all cozy.
Quick check in-parking lot clean and lite up. They need help at the pool-said they clean every morning -not true--they do have trees shading it but I skimmed the pool and dumped the skimmer basket myself, it was packed, the outside trash can for the pool was full not emptied for days. A good idea would be to maybe have maintenance check pool in afternoon.
Very clean and convenient. Beds are comfortable and updated interior
Rooms's value is ok, lobby and breakfast room not much appealing.

Thanks DeAnna for staying with us. The AC actually will reset after 24 hours. Therefor the fan will kick itself out of auto everyday. This has happened to me when I stay there and although it isn't fun, it isn't anyone doing it but rather a system thing. I apologize that you felt someone was violating your space. We hope you will stay with us again.
