Was hoping to use the pool but it was not available. With the rain the key card didn’t work but aside from that it was a great stay. The breakfast staff was excellent.
I booked this Hampton because we like Hampton motels and because it said it had a indoor pool. When we checked in we went to our room and dressed and went to the pool only to find the pool was out of order !! I went to the front desk and the lady said there was nothing she could do ! I know she could not fix the pool but I think they could have called me and let me know so we could make different arrangements or at least compensate me in some way but I got nothing so I Ask if I could checkout and she said yes > I figured it meant there would be no charge for since the motel was not what was advertised but As I drove away Im thinking I still paid for the room ! we have stayed at a lot of Hamptons and never had any problems until now ! I guess you live and learn ! Your guarantee seems to be worthless because Im not happy !
Pool Open at midnight. Kids running around. Neighbors partying until 2am. Not worth half the cost. Never again

We had a reservation and when we got there the clerk told us we got the last room. Then he said oh wait you booked through Online I responded yes. All of a sudden our reservation was gone and he said that I would have to pay another $120.00. I told him I was not going to pay that for 3 hours of sleep. Then he said well I'm on my next business day. I have no more rooms. I prepaid $120.00 and had no room and had to sleep in my car. I want my money back!!!!!

When we arrived we were greeted right away, the manager was so helpful with things to do in the area. She made our stay so much more enjoyable. The hotel was spotless, rooms were wonderful and breakfest was great.
