I had to do a early checkout due to a family emergency and Expedia reached out to management here. Management refused to refund the days I didn't use. Even when told it was a family emergency and I left the room clean before my check out. I will never stay with a hotel with people this heartless managing it. Have a heart. I needed that refund since I was financially strapped.

Yes! And the bathroom too. Only issue was at pre check in they asked for credit card in line-I did not give and they asked for it again at time of key pick up ?!!had to give or I could not get the keys did not want issue as I’m staying next week to have additional procedures at hospital

Good coffee Nice rooms!

They are in the process of updating the hotel; we had loose plug ins but compared to the comfort and service offered it was not a concern. Breakfast was mostly carbs but there was yogurt with cane sugar. It would be rough for diabetic and there was plenty of coffee, thank you!
