Welcome to our newest addition - Golden Eagle's Nest! This stunning new construction is in a private location with amazing views, a covered deck with private Hot tub and an indoor/outdoor gas fireplace. You will love this space to relax and enjoy the Black Hills evenings or your morning coffee! Located just east of Deer Mountain area and Terry Peak, you are about a 10 minute drive to the ski areas, snowmobile and ATV trails and beautiful Spearfish Canyon with beautiful scenery, fishing and dining. Deadwood is a 15 minute drive for some wonderful night life, gambling, entertainment and colorful history.
The main level has a bright, open living area, kitchen and dining with a wall of windows to take in the views. The living area has comfy seating, flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen features a large center island and everything you need to make fabulous meals. There is a bedroom with a king bed and full bath on the main level as well as a walkout to the deck and garage access. Upstairs you will find a loft lookout and a King size bedroom that has barn doors for privacy. The bedroom has an attached bath.
Downstairs is a great place to relax and watch TV on the flat screen, more counter space and bar seating. There are 2 bedrooms in the lower level - a queen bedroom and the bunk room with 4 full-size beds. A full bathroom is downstairs and there's a walkout to the hot tub and back patio.
