The house is composed on the ground floor of a large entrance with sofa bed, a living / dining room, TV corner, an equipped kitchen, a small bathroom, a toilet and upstairs, a bedroom with three bunk beds and a double bedroom with sink (Cot on request).
It also has a small private garden with wooden terrace. Barbecue and something to relax available.

The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, an oven, a fridge, a microwave, an electric coffee maker and a Nespresso, kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available.

Perfect

This is a great place to stay to enjoy Le Touquet. The location is perfect- just a 5 minute walk to the town and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The house has everything anyone could possibly need- there were even fresh flowers in the bathroom. The garden area and sunroom provides a lovely area in which to relax and the garden is totally enclosed which is ideal for dogs. Communication with the owner was excellent and we would love to stay again.

In a quiet position very close to the town centre. Perfect for the two of us but perhaps a little cramped for seven people! Parking spaces outside the door usually available and no charge weekdays from September to end of June. Good communication with the owners. An ideal property for a few days break in the Nord...

Small but adequate house, perfect location, everything supplied, perfect for a family

We loved staying in this house, perfect location, could do with a paint and small amount of damp, but nothing too bad. Bathroom has the stairs over the bath so no easy to shower, but managed. For the price, great value, much better than staying in an apartment or hotel. We will definitely be booking again next year. Recommended.

Lovely little cottage, in the heart of Le Touquet. 5 mins walk from the centre and 10 mins from the beach. Has everything you need. Small but nice garden for the dogs which is enclosed. Easy to park outside. Would definitely come again.

Excellent location near to beach and resort centre

This house is in an excellent location to be able to walk to the beach, the restaurants and all the attractions of Le Touquet.It is equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable holiday. Even though the location is so close to the centre, it is very peaceful at night to sleep. Frederic the owner could not be any more helpful, he made sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay and ensured we did not need for anything to make our stay more comfortable. Even though the main house is quite small, the wonderful sun room provides plenty of space to enjoy the enclosed garden which would be safe for children and or pets to play in or adults to relax. The covered market is just a few short steps away, and from there you at the start of Rue de Metz where you can stroll though the many bars and brasseries that this wonderful resort has until you reach the pedestrian street of Rue St Jean for shopping. Le Touquet is very easy to reach from the A16 and only a short drive from the Eurotunnel, which makes it perfect for visitors from the UK. Thank you Frederic for a wonderful holiday and I will return to your lovely house and charming Le Touquet in the near future.

Le Touquet's a great holiday location, the property is perfectly located in a quiet street with a small child friendly secure garden. It's a short walk to everything, the beach, market and bars and restaurants. We were three adults with two children and a baby, a cot and high chair were supplied which made life with the baby much easier. The property amenities as listed were accurate and the property was clean and welcoming. The kitchen is fully fitted and has sufficient crockery and cutlery for all guests. We took the linen and towels option which was well worth the money. Nearby we visited Bagatelle (an amusement park), Aqualand (water park) plus a Maritime sea museum in Etaples all of which the children and adults loved. All of my dealings with the owners were very satisfactory and friendly. Thank you Nathalie & Frederic for a great week
