Throughout our stay our room was never serviced

The first problem was that the airport hotel shuttle left 5 minutes early. It was the last shuttle of the night. We arrived with "4 minutes to spare" only to find out from the other shuttle drivers that our hotel already left. It cost me an additional $20 to get to the hotel. Next, the hotel hallways were filthy. They are going through some updates but you had to step around construction equipment and the hallways were covered in drywall dust. Then our rooms toilet wouldn't stop running with a gurgling sound. We finally switched rooms at 12:30 a.m. The desk person in the evening and the morning were unwilling/unable to do anything to make things right, not even giving a complimentary breakfast for all the problems. Avoid this place if you can.

My best choice when it comes to overnight at CDG Convenient free shuttle. Very courteous staff. Less than 10 minutes away. Clean room. Reasonable rates

Despite our language gap, the desk attendant was helpful and friendly. We got into our room early (for a $). Directions for rental car turn in and walking to a restaurant were helpful. The place is not new and could use some work but over all - a good last- night stay

The person at he front desk was very helpful and shared good information but the hotel needs proper cleaning! The room was smelly and visibly stained and dirty. The face basin in the bathroom was not draining. They sent a technician and the technician removed a huge clump of hair and some smelly water and dumped it in the toilet and didn't even flush it! Why would I want to see that?

The hotel is dated and badly in need of renovation. The bed was pretty comfortable, so for one night before an early morning flight, it was ok. The one major drawback was that when I arrived at the airport, I waited for over an hour for the free shuttle, which is supposed to go over 30 minutes. I waited for over 50 minutes after my first call when I was told that the driver was on his way. The shuttle back to the airport in the morning left promptly; no problem there.

This is definitely way better than spending the night at the airport terminal. Last shuttle is at 11:30PM and it can be tricky to find the stopping area.

This hotel is a bit older, and could use refreshing, but everything worked. There's a feeling of greater security around it than some of the other airport hotels in this price range. I would come again!

The room was too small, the curtain was torn. I could feel bed bugs crawling up my leg. The restroom was very small . The shower is very tiny that the water would go to the toilet area. Breakfast was terrible. The croissants were old, the scrambled eggs were very just. It took 20 minutes to check-in. They had a weighing scale that cost 1 euro for 12 seconds. My whole experience in this hotel is the most terrible one I have had in my 14 day European stay.

Staffs are very friendly and They have free shuttle every 30 minutes to and from the airport except during break times

Facility needs cleaning + front desk personnel that are more polite.

Dear Mark,the driver says he waiting 23h30 in the airport and we are sorry if it was not the case. The renovation area are closed to the public. If you have to contourn materials, you were not in the good corridor and we are sorry that it disturb your stay but the corridor with materials are closed to public. The hallway are cleaned twice everyday before and after the cleaning of the rooms. the carpet will be change in the end of renovation but the price of the room is low until we don't renovate it. A compensation is already made in the price of the rooms. We give you an other room about the problem of toilets. We don't offer breakfast for this reason. It as to be a problem that can't be solved. About renovation, you already have a compensation on the price of the rooms. As you can see we are really lower than other hotel until renovation isn't finished. It's normal that we don't offer breakfast. Best regardsthe reception

The one major drawback was that when I arrived at the airport, I waited for over an hour for the free shuttle, which is supposed to go over 30 minutes. I waited for over 50 minutes after my first call when I was told that the driver was on his way. The shuttle back to the airport in the morning left promptly; no problem there.
