Quirky and colourful

A charming experience in the forest. The excellent restaurant is very popular and has a superb menu. Worth deviating from the main routes from Caen and Cherbourg to the south of France and Spain. Our first room (second floor) overlooked the kitchen vent and was noisy. The second room (third floor) cost 40 Euros more but benefitted from extra space and quietude but was not worth the extra. We had two glasses of wine and a small selection of nibble biscuits which were basic. We did not expect to be charged Euros 4.50 for the nibbles. A pity because the chef and waitresses were wonderful. The Hotel Owner applies unreasonable policies. Some room lights do not work.

Wonderful Repeat Experience

This is the second year we have stayed at this hotel and it just gets better. The staff are so friendly and the hotel is so comfprtable. Having dinner is a must as it is just fantastic and not overly expensive. We are booked in for our return trip in early May. Top marks all round.

Great country location

Fantastic experience. Staff. So friendly particulary Francesca who looked after us so well. We enjoyed an excellent dinner and the experience was so good we booked immediately to stay on our way back.

Un tres bon accueil d'une jeune femme pourtant seule et apparemment débordée qui a pris le temps de bien tout nous expliquer sur notre séjour..... Une nuit paisible un hÎtel trÚs calme tout ce qu'il nous fallait pour récupérer d' une grosse journée de mariage... Et le lendemain matin un petit déjeuner parfaitement organisé auquel il ne manquait rien pour bien se sustenter un grand merci

J’ai hñte d’y revenir

Un site fabuleux. En pleine forĂȘt, avec piscine, restaurant gastronomique, un mobilier et des bĂątiment trĂšs design. Un lieu destinĂ© au repos. Toilettes dĂ©raper, dressing. Juste la baignoire et le robinet peu pratique bien que joli. Manque de nutella au petit dĂ©jeuner mais le cafĂ© est gĂ©nĂ©reux et dĂ©licieux, les confitures authentiques et excellentes. J’ai apprĂ©ciĂ© !

Joli hĂŽtel en bord de forĂȘt. Une prise de charge pour VE bon signalĂ©e pourtant fort utile. Restaurant de bonne qualitĂ©. Petite dĂ©ception sur la chambre dont les dimensions sont celles d'une chambre parisienne. 1m autour du lit..... Finalement au vu de la taille de la chambre, le prix Ă©tait Ă©levĂ©.
