Charming place, good food and warm hospitality

Check in was very easy and the staff were very friendly. The Air Condition in the room however was not working and they promptly moved us to another room. We requested an upgrade and they provided us with one but we had to pay the extra cost. The Wi-Fi was very weak in the room and was useless there but quite good on the balcony and on the grounds of the hotel as well as the pool area and the restaurant. The staff are quite good but sometimes unattentive and you need to get their attention but once you did they were very pleasant and helpful. There are 2 restaurants and in one of them (Blue Tropical) there was only one waitress on the first night and while she tried her best the service was very slow. I didn't use this restaurant on any of the other nights that we were there so I don't know if this is common but I doubt it. The other restaurant (Bagatelle) is very good and the manager is excellent. Their meals are very good and if you request a change of sides they faclitate your request.
