The only problem I had with my stay at Beachcombers was that the waitress needs more training. I Sat at the table a long time before anyone came to take the order. When I had questions, they looked puzzled on how to answer. They didn't appear to be friendly. It felt like I was a bother when I needed something because of their demeanor.

Beachcomers is nice but they nickel and dime you. They should at least offer you breakfast a couple of mornings if you stay a week. Sometimes the hot water wasnt hot. The units 8 to 12 need mini refrigerators and microwaves too. The menu should change sometimes. Monday we have this, Tuesdays we have this. Not the same breakfast every single day. One day in 7 days you had potatoes and corned beef hash. Dinner the same thing, there is a difference between chicken wings and chicken kabobs. Hopefully some things can change. Staff is wonderful, Thank you Tawana, William, And Sam. Oh and Subdays when your hotel is full everyone should come in. Thank you

Perfection location that has access directly to the beach. Pool area overlooks the beach, loved that . The music that was played in this common area was very depressing. At times it even seems as though some of the workers were struggling to stay awake. As for the rooms, some minor updating will be great. For one our room key being on a big block that I had to carry around is a no no. The locks on the door are not sturdy at all, i would only feel comfortable once i locked that additional latch from the inside. Secondly, there was a decent amount of mold in my bathroom. I understand there’s a lot of humidity and not much of a ventilation system in place. But in between guests a simple bleach will clean the mold up off the walls. On site restaurant is a little overpriced and food was ok. Wanted more local food options but was limited to things I usually eat everyday. But all of the staff with the exception of 1, were a pleasure. And tried their best to improve our experience.

This place is amazing 5 stars. I have not visit my homeland in 29yrs and Beachcomers staffing make this trip a very memorable moment for me and family. I will stay again anytime 😊. I only wish laundry service are available for customers to use on site 1 to 2 payable washers and dryers. The staffing at the hotel and dinner areas was more than accommodating, very professional.
