Customer service at bar and kitchen could use a lot of improvement. Slow service and staff often forgot what we ordered. took an hour to get a fish sandwich then served with cold fries. The facility is beautiful but could improve with a little music and bar service at the beach bar to make things more upbeat and lively.

Some rooms have different features, bottom floor balcony allows quick access to pool and bar. Ocean view has 2 balconies. Top floor rooms some has access to dining and 2nd floor bar area but thiae rooms are smaller.. i stayed 6 nights our room ran out of hot water, not good with for 2 month old baby, the baby crib was very comfortable for the baby. Tv has good cable channels. The food was good chef tried her best the prepare off menu items, very good.
This hotel was located near the airport by about 15 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable and included an in room refrigerator. The A/C unit worked great and was quiet. The beach in front of the property was clean and the water calm. The restaurant was out of many items on the menu but the food was good.

The service was impeccable, Roxanne helped us with anything we needed. The rooms were great with oceanside views and the meals in the restaurant and the beautiful bountiful buffet around the pools were great. We are looking forward to a return trip.

The property is an old property and well maintained. My only complain is the beds in the room are not queen size as described during my reservation, those are personal size. This should be improved. The rest was great, good food, people fun and have good time.
The door to room has a space to th bottom where bugs come in, need fixing, no hot water for longer than 30 seconds when showering, bathroom needs update, broken iron board, switch in bathroom not working well, nor is fridge. Got less for my money. Staff is excellent especially Deserie and Angelique and Sean. Food is satisfactory, drinks are excellent. Location is excellent. Need an update badly.

Our upper level Ocean Front rooms have two balconies - one balcony faces the sea and one faces the pool courtyard with a view of the the beach and sea. Ocean Front rooms have a king size bed. Terrace View rooms (with two double beds) offer direct access to the the upper dining area and bar. Some Ocean View rooms are on pool level; some have a balcony. All overlook the pool courtyard which offers direct access to Villa Beach and the warm Caribbean Sea. Some are equipped with a king size bed while others have two double beds. Garden view rooms with two double beds and balcony are located above the conference room and overlook the main entrance, parking area and gardens with flowering hedges, hibiscus, palm tress and some fruit trees. We are sorry you ran out of hot water. We use solar power as the main energy source however there should be sufficient hot water for all of our guests. We will conduct a check of all our hot water heaters to ensure they are working at optimum levels for future guests. Our entire team works hard to make every guest's stay a memorable one. We have been having some challenges sourcing imported items locally so unfortunately, we may need to remove some of the our menu features - even temporarily. The pool courtyard provides direct access to the beach with gently sloping ramp. For guests who don't want to jump or dive into the pool, there are steps in the shallow end with a hand rail so getting in and out is easy for guests of all ages. Last year, we replaced our queen beds with new king size beds (one bed per room). Our garden view or ocean view rooms with two beds have standard sized mattresses. If there was availability, our front desk would have been happy to relocate you to an ocean view king room. We are happy that the remainder of your guest experience was enjoyable.
