Summary:
2 bed 1 bath private apartment. Two queen size beds, plus two full/twin size hide-a-beds.

Closest place to Fort Sill Visitor Gate There is also a coin operated laundry room that is located on site. You are more than welcome to use as well. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

There is no cable in this apartment. There are wifi hotspots throughout the complex.

Guest Access:
Full access to the apartment, laundry on site, 1/2 mile from Ft. Sill visitors center and wildlife reserve.

Guest have access to the entire apartment.
No smoking is allowed. (Smoking Violation fee is $350)

Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $50 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. The maximum sleeping capacity is 6. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability.

75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM
100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM
$100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher
