Superb 120m² chalet located in the Rocher du Cerf district in Le Lioran. Completely renovated, it will offer you a splendid south-facing view of the mountains. To access it, wooden stairs will need to be climbed. Tastefully furnished and fully equipped, this chalet is a true gem as it will provide you with a wellness area with spa and sauna. A large private entrance hall will allow you to store ski equipment in winter or bicycles in summer.



The rental is located 200 m from hiking trails leading to the forests and ridges of the Plomb du Cantal massif, 200 m from the Rocher du Cerf slope from where you can take the "Remberter Chairlift" to practice downhill mountain biking, 500 m from the Plomb du Cantal cable car that will take you to the summit.



A large 50 m² terrace equipped with a table and benches with a small charcoal barbecue will allow you to enjoy the outdoors.



The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed in 140x190 and a bunk bed with 2 beds in 90x190, then two bedrooms with a double bed in 140x190 and its mezzanine where two single beds in 90x190 are located.



A large living room decorated with taste in a mountain spirit will allow you to gather and settle around a large table near the pellet stove.



The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, traditional filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle, fondue and raclette appliance... In this apartment you will find 2 shower rooms. Only one separate toilet is present in the accommodation.



Bed linen not included, we can rent them to you upon request. Possibility to bring your personal linen taking into account bed sizes. A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room.



Non-smoking accommodation. You can park your cars in front of the accommodation along the road. Limited parking spaces for the main vehicle during school holidays. A free public car park is available lower down for other vehicles. There is no internet connection. Pets are not allowed.

Chalet très bien aménagé ,spacieux pour famille de 11 personnes avec enfants, bien exposé et lumineux accès facile aux pistes. Seuls reproches mais on s adapte Un seul WC et places de parking non marquées au sol.
