Superb chalet located at -1 of the Puy du rocher residence in the Rocher du Cerf district in Le Lioran. At the foot of the Rocher du Cerf ski slope, you will be just a few minutes away by ski in winter and on foot in summer from the resort centre.



This superb fully equipped accommodation has 3 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 9 people.



An 84 m² comfortable and very bright accommodation with a view of the mountain and ski slope.



It is composed on the first level of a large living room with TV and a very friendly dining area open to the fully equipped American kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, traditional filter coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, raclette machine...). An independent toilet is located at this level as well as a cellar/cupboard for storing your belongings.



On the second level, you will find a first bathroom with a bathtub, an independent toilet, a first bedroom with a double bed in 140x190 and a single bed in 90x190, a second bedroom with a double bed in 140x190 with interior access to a gallery balcony, a laundry room with washing machine and ski boot dryer which offers direct access to the outside, and finally a third bedroom with its double bed in 140x190 and private bathroom with shower and double sink.



You can enjoy a beautiful south-facing terrace with its garden furniture.

Towels and linens are not provided. We rent them upon request directly through our agency. Possibility of bringing your personal linen taking into account bed sizes.
