It is within minutes from all main tourist ports and 45 min from Genoa International Airport. It is ideal for boating and yachting activities. Its capacity is for 4 people (max 5). DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY

No directions and hard to find. No house information. We had to buy basic items for the kitchen. To add insult, they charged us an extra 341, claiming we damage the stone floor when we moved an outdoor lounge chair 10 feet.

Great house and location

We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!

Unforgettable

House and property are exactly as advertised. Super house, with amazing views of the sea from the terrace, front room, bedroom -- even the bathroom! Close to the town for convenience, but far enough away to feel pleasantly isolated. Owners are extremely nice and helpful. House is beautifully appointed and designed.

The perfect place to explore the area

Exactly as described and even better in the flesh - The views, the comfortable and well appointed property, the helpful hosts who greeted us on arrival and were at the end of the phone to answer any questions.So peaceful, yet only five minutes from the town centre and the train station which we used daily to explore the area. We would go back in a heart beat!!

Sehr schönes Haus, ruhig in Mitten von OlivenbĂ€umen, gut ausgestattet, sogar BĂŒgeleisen. FrĂŒhstĂŒcken auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Leider sehr schwer auffindbar, weil das Navi an eine andere Stelle etwas weiter oben lotst, das war sehr nervig, wenn man nach der lanen Anreise nicht mehr weiter kommt. Der Vermieterin ist das bewusst, die Beschilderung war trotzdem nicht vorhanden. Zwei Klimaanlagen sind vor Ort, versagen bei ĂŒber 30 Grad dann aber trotzdem. Leider auch Stromausfall und abends kein Wasser. Das ging am nĂ€chsten Tag aber wieder. Zusammenfassend gesagt ein sehr schönes Haus. Die Organisation außenrum leider verbesserungswĂŒrdig. Am besten Vermieterin immer anrufen, ĂŒber die App kommt keine RĂŒckmeldung.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Ligurien. Das Ferienhaus liegt abgeschieden in einem Olivenhain ĂŒber Lavagna, wo wir ruhige Strandtage verbracht und von wo aus wir Touren mit dem Zug in verschiedene Richtungen (Cinque Terre, Genua
) gestartet haben. Aber das fĂŒr uns Schönste war der Blick vom Haus aufs Mittelmeer: Man gewöhnt sich nicht daran und staunt immer wieder ein bisschen ĂŒber diese Weite

Le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ© et au calme, nous avons pu aller dans le village Ă  pied avec nos enfants ( entre 20mn et 30mn). La vue est magnifique. IdĂ©al pour visiter les alentours. Plage familiale de Sant Anna trĂšs bien Ă  15mn.Au niveau du logement il faut revoir les moustiquaire, et l’heure de prise de logement. PERFETTO!

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche verbracht Eine fantastische Sicht bis Portofino. Die Villa ist wie auf den Fotos, das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett trennt ein Vorhang zur unteren Etage. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat eine TĂŒr zur unteren Etage und zum Badezimmer hin. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sehr sauber. Die Terrasse ist ideal zum Verweilen, die LiegestĂŒhle fĂŒr eine Siesta im Schatten des Olivenbaums ideal. Wir wĂŒrden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

Astonishing view

This lovely original landhouse is located on a hill where you have an astonishing view on the sea and the coast. You can do lovely walks from there and also down to the village (about 20 minutes). The beach is clean and beautiful. Chiavari and Sestre Levante are places with good restaurants.

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick

Der erste Eindruck: Eine traumhafte Auffahrt zu einem liebevoll restaurierten Steinhaus inmitten von OlivenbĂ€umen. Die Terrasse bietet einen herrlichen Blick ĂŒber die Bucht bis hin nach Portofino und am Abend wunderschöne SonnenuntergĂ€nge. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns dort zu zweit sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben gibt es im Haus keine eingebaute Klimaanlage (mobile GerĂ€te mĂŒssen eigenstĂ€ndig "montiert" und in Betrieb genommen werden) und auch keine Außendusche. Da wir mit offenen Fenstern geschlafen haben, hat uns nachts der LĂ€rm der ZĂŒge, den man trotz einiger Entfernung sehr stark gehört hat, gestört. Trotzdem haben wir uns gut erholt und die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir waren von 10. - 24. August 2024 in Lavagna

Alles schön, aber keine echte Klimaanlage!

Die Fotos sind korrekt, es ist zauberhaft gelegen und der Ausblick wirklich atemberaubend. Das Haus ist schön und die Terrasse ein Traum. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuverlĂ€ssig. Erst als wir beanstandeten, dass wir eine echte die Temperatur regulierende Klimaanlage erwartet hĂ€tten, von Anfang an, weil es so angegeben ist, wendete sich das Blatt. Offenbar verstehen die Vermieter unter Klimaanlage etwas anderes als wir. Wegen circa 35 Grad im Haus konnten wir leider nicht bleiben. Das Angebot einer mobilen anderen Anlage kam zu spĂ€t. Wenn kein Luftzug spĂŒrbar ist, mĂŒsste jeder Raum zu klimatisieren sein.
