C'est une maison mitoyenne située dans la campagne à Lavagna : le centre-ville est accessible à pied (en 15 min) ou en voiture (en 5 min). Le parking privé sous une tonnelle est très appréciable. Le logement est moderne : il est très fonctionnel, très propre et meublé avec goût. La terrasse est plaisante et le jardin est très soigné et joliment fleuri. La propriétaire est sympathique et réactive. En conclusion, un logement très agréable à vivre, nous avons passé une très belle semaine, je recommande !
