Excellent stay

This property was very clean, well equipped, and a great location. The host was very responsive to all questions. Great location to easily access all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment had a wonderful view and both balconies were well used. I would highly recommend this to anyone!!

Hochsommerlicher Urlaub mit Familie und Hund

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Juli bei sehr heissen Aussentemperaturen sehr genossen. Die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung leicht zu kühlen war für uns und den Hund eine Wohltat. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung sehr zweckmässig und gut. Der Verkehrslärm war nur leicht störend.

Schöne Unterkunft, sauber, mit viel Platz und sehr nah am Strand

Eine schöne, helle und saubere Unterkunft mit wunderschönem direktem Weitblick auf das Meer. Dafür befindet sich die Unterkunft nah an der Hauptstraße und Bahnstrecke, die fast durch die gesamte Küstenregion verlaufen, aber durch die neuen Fenster lassen sich die Geräusche von außen gut abschirmen. Durch eine kleine Unterführung ist man direkt am Strand. Auch weitere wunderschöne Strände (z. B. in Portofino, Sestri Levante) sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und nett. Bei Fragen sehr gut per eMail erreichbar, haben gute Tipps und Empfehlungen bekommen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und traumhaftes Wetter. Danke 😊

Schöne Ferien am Meer in einer grosszügigen und sauberen Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung direkt am Meer mit gut isolierten Fenstern (Bahn und Strasse). Nette und zuverlässige Vermieter. Es fehlt an nichts in dieser Wohnung. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Extrem sauber, Top Aussicht, neues Bad, jeder Wohnraum mit moderner Klimaanlage

Wir reisten im Mai 19 für 4 Übernachtungen an. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief absolut problemlos. Wir reisten verkehrsbedingt paar Stunden zu spät an. Das stellte aber kein Problem da und die Vermieterin war diesbezüglich sehr sehr flexibel. Der erste Eindruck war, das dass Appartment extrem penibel sauber war, das erlebt man selten. Der Eindruck täuschte nicht. Es war wirklich so. Dafür 5 Sterne. Das Badezimmer ist nagelneu und hochwertig ausgestattet inklusive Bidet. Handtücher sind mehr als ausreichend vorhanden ebenso, wie Bettwäsche. Moderne Klimageräte mit Fernbedienung hängen in jedem Raum. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, wir mussten lediglich Lebensmittel kaufen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut. Mit dem Auto in ca. 3-4 min zu erreichen. Um zum Strand zu gelangen muss man die Strasse überqueren, dann mit Hilfe einer der vielen Unterführungen unter den Bahngleise durch und schon steht man am Mittelmeer. Obwohl das Appartment an Hauptstrasse und Bahn liegt, ist es nicht extrem laut. Ich konnte gut bei offenem Fenster schlafen und mein Zimmer war das zur Meerseite. Es ging uns ein Stuhl kaputt, dies meldete ich der Vermieterin, um den Schaden zu regulieren. Sie war mega entspannt und meinte das die Stühle eh alt seien und sie diese eh ersetzen müsste. Ich denke es gibt genug andere Vermieter, die mich in dem Situation nicht so einfach hätten davon kommen lassen. Danke nochmal dafür. Alles in allem ein super Appartment mit Bomben Aussicht mega sympathischer und flexibler Vermieterin. Wir kommen wieder 100%....

Toller Ausblick - zentrale Lage für Ausflüge - geräumige/großzügige Wohnung

Die Wohnung am Rande von Lavagna liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße und der Bahnlinie, wie dies fast überall in Italien so ist, wenn man direkt am Meer ist. Man hat von jedem Zimmer aus Meerblick, es gibt 2 Balkone, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und für mind. 4 Personen geeignet - 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, 1 Küche, Bad, Flur und Abstellraum. Die Wohnung liegt im 2 OG und ist nur über 2 lange Treppen erreichbar. Das Auto kann abgeschrankten Hof abgestellt werden. In den Verkehrsstoßzeiten ist es manchmal etwas laut, dafür gibt es aber auch viel zu sehen. Nachts war es ab ca. 23 Uhr ziemlich ruhig. Zu Fuß braucht man ca. 20 Minuten zum Bahnhof und in die City etwa 25 Minuten. Zum Strand gibt es in der Nähe mehrere fußläufige Unterführungen - am Strand hat es hauptsächlich Kieselsteine. Es gibt eine schöne Promenade und einen schönen und großen Jachthafen. Viele Orte kann man von Lavagna aus sehr gut und günstig mit Zug und Schiff erreichen. Das Parken ist in dieser Küstenregion meistens sehr beschwerlich. Ausflüge nach Rapallo, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, Camogli, Genua und Vororte, Sestri Levante, Moneglia, Levanto und natürlich in die Cinque Terre-Region bis nach La Spezia sind von hier aus sehr gut möglich. Die Märkte in den verschiedenen Nachbarorten kann bzw. sollte man auch einmal erleben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr nett. Sie ist gut erreichbar, auch während dem Urlaub. Die Abwicklung mit der Wohnung hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Die Menschen in dieser Region sind alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sprechen oftmals Englisch, einige sogar ein wenig Deutsch. Es ist uns schwer gefallen abzureisen, wir wären gerne noch geblieben!!!
