The staff was so very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for us with a small refrigerator and wine glasses! We sat in the garden area adjacent to the hotel and enjoyed our breakfasts as well as wine in the evening. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well each night because the hotel is located in a quiet area! The metro system is conveniently located and easy to navigate! Wonderful coffee shop right around the corner. Highly recommend this quaint hotel

The hotel is close to the train station. However, it is on a hill. Walking distance for down hill. To get there, we paid 20 CHF for a taxi ride.

Nice place in a convenient part of town. Close to the train station and shopping. Our room was nice. Nothing fancy, but in good condition, decent air conditioning and a good coffee maker. All that we needed for one night.

Lovely hotel.

Very good location. Close to everything. Didn’t realise this town was all up and down hills. Ok for us, but if you have walking difficulties, maybe not. Motel was lovely. We had top floor room with a balcony and beautify view of the mountains.

We really had a wonderful stay here. The private garden is very cute. There's no air conditioning but a nice fan is provided. The room is spacious and the furnishing is tasteful and very comfortable. The windows also open, which is a plus. There's adequate working space in the room and the bathroom was very good too. Will definitely return when needed.

I booked a room for 3 nights at this hotel. My husband had to cancel the 3rd night to be by his mother’s side. She passed away. He informed the hotel a day ahead and asked if they could help with a refund for that last night due to the circumstances. It was very disappointing that they did not refund/ even partially. This is the only reason I would not book there again. I think it was very short sighted given my family will be attending a wedding there in August. I emailed the hotel directly and never even got a courtesy reply.
