Comfortable and spacious apartment on the floor of a charming village house with terrace and garden access. Large living room (55 m²) overlooking a terrace (18 m²) facing south. Great view from all the rooms. In the heart of a picturesque village on Lake Annecy, near the cycle path linking Annecy to Savoie. Many departures of ballads from the house. Ideally located.

Comfortable, spacious, decorated touch after touch over the years. Like our other rentals, you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Spacious and comfortable apartment for 2 to 4 people. The studio for 2 on the ground floor can serve as additional room and thus accommodate comfortably 6 people.
The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Quality bedding: a bed of 160x200 in a room, 2 twin beds in the second of 80x200 (convertible into 1 bed of 160x200). Bed linen provided.
Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a gas hob and a complete set of quality kitchen utensils, tea towels, sponges, household products provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath and two basins. Separate toilet. Towels are not provided. The apartment is heated.

Home away from home in France

We loved the area of LesThuiles and Doussard. Celine and Michel were wonderful hosts. We felt welcome and safe in the neighborhood. The apartment was well equipped for cooking. ( a blender would have been nice) Absolutely charming place. The location to ski areas was perfect and the surroundings were stunning. The semi rural setting was calm and peaceful. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! Céline a été une hôte parfaite et nous a bien aidé et guidé pendant notre séjour. Un grand merci à elle et on reviendra très certainement. Le lieu est un très bon compromis entre un petit village très au calme avec vue sur les montagnes et les quelques kms pour se rendre à Annecy.

Praktische, schöne Ferienwohnung innruhiger Lage

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man in den Ferien braucht. Gut ausgestattete Küche! Die Lage ist ruhig und strategisch sehr gut. Man ist schnell am See, in den Bergen und in 30 Minuten in Annecy. Absolut unkomplizierte und sehr charmante und freundliche Gastgeberin. Merci Celine!

Urlaub Mitte bis Ende Dezember 2022

Eine sehr schöne große Wohnung im 1. OG mit Balkon, der nach Südwesten ausgerichtet ist, sowie eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die nebenan wohnt. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was zum Kochen und zur Selbstverpflegung gebraucht wird. Zudem 2 große Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Schrankfläche. In einem der Schlafzimmer gibt es einen Schreibtisch. Im Wohnbereich dagegen nur den Esstisch und den flachen Wohnzimmertisch. Die Ledersofas beim Fernseher fand ich persönlich nicht sehr bequem. Meine Frau war dagegen d‘acors mit ihnen. Wir würden diese Wohnung erneut buchen, da sie uns gefallen hat und das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis gepasst hat!

Wonderful mountain chalet

The setting of the chalet is so nice. Every window looks out at the mountains. We practically spent most our time out on the deck soaking up the sun and watching paragliders.

Pas d'accueil Pas de possibilité d'utiliser le morceau de balcon donnant sur la rue. Promiscuité très présente. Pas de coin jardin pour prendre l'air. Odeur très dérangeante d'une huile "desinfectante" qui nous a dérangée pendant tout le séjour. Équipement à minima vaisselle plats... Autrement belle pièce à vivre et chambres correctes. Anecdote: les propriétaires qui nous avaient à peine accueillis sont partis en vacances- ce qui est leur droit- mais sans nous en dire un mot, ce qui est regrettable. Je ne recommanderais pas

Excellent séjour à proximité du lac

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Céline. L'appartement de 90m2 est très bien agencé, meublé et décoré avec goût. La propreté y est sans reproche! Le logement est très bien équipé (vous pouvez même y faire une fondue, le caquelon vous attend !). Le sourire de Céline et sa disponibilité en font une hôte de très grande qualité. Nous avons adoré ces 5j à Chaparon, proche du lac mais à distance des bouchons de la ville d'Annecy. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans ce havre de paix, au sein d'un village où coulent des sources, avec une vue sur les parapentes depuis la terrasse.

Im Nachhinein hätten wir lieber ein paar Tage mehr dort verbracht. Das Apartment ist in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Man hat einen großen Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Berge und See. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Von dort hat man die Möglichkeit zu vielen Aktivitäten von Wandern oder Radfahren in dem Bergen bis zu Wassersport oder Baden im See. Das Apartment lädt aber auch dazu ein dort Zeit zu verbringen. Die Gastgeberin Céline war immer offen und hilfsbereit. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!
