Welcome to Duingt!

Quietly located, three minutes from the historic center of Duingt and all its shops.
Discover a new architect’s house with luxury amenities and a large garden.
Ideal for 6 to 8 people, this house consists of three bedrooms, an office with sofa bed, a laundry room, independent toilet, a large bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower, a quiet terrace, and a fully equipped kitchen overlooking a very large living room/living room.

You can enjoy its very large terrace to relax as well as its large quiet garden.
You will reach the lake in less than 7 minutes on foot: only 800m separate this house from the beach!
The three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed 160x200cm and storage, the master bedroom has a bathroom with walk-in shower.
The office is equipped with a comfortable two-seater sofa bed and can certainly serve as a fourth bedroom, with a balcony overlooking the mountains and the lake.
TV and Wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The house is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Linen will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
You can park your car in the courtyard. 🅿️

Duingt, also called «the pearl of the lake», is located on the left bank of Lake Annecy in a setting of mountains.
Visit its old village, admire its two castles, go hiking and enjoy its calm and beaches!

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged.


If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.

Belle maison mais quelques informations supplémentaires à savoir sur l’environnement

Maison très bien équipée. Électroménager haut de gamme. Grand Rez-de-chaussée très agréable, avec une grande table et un plan de travail fonctionnel. Nous étions 6 adultes. Petit bémol, les maisons voisines sont trop proches et on partage le jardin avec une autre maison, qui appartient au propriétaire paraît-il. Et ça, on ne le voit pas sur les photos. Surprise !!
