Bienvenue à Doussard !

Située au calme, à quelques centaines de mètres du lac, découvrez une maison mitoyenne moderne avec jardin.
Idéale pour 8 personnes, cette maison toute équipée est parfaite pour vos vacances en famille au bord du lac d'Annecy.
Vous atteindrez la plage municipale de Doussard en 2/3 minutes en voiture, et la plage d'Angon en 5 minutes.
Proximité de la réserve naturelle du bout du lac pour vos promenades digestives!
La piste cyclable se trouve également à quelques centaines de mètres.

Le logement :
Le rez-de-chaussée comporte le salon, ouvert sur une grande cuisine toute équipée, buanderie, toilettes séparées et un petit garage idéal pour ranger vos vélos ou une petite voiture.
A l'étage vous trouverez les 4 chambres, toutes équipées de lits 160cm et de rangements. (l'une d'entre elles possède sa propre salle de douche), des toilettes séparées et une salle de bains.
Vous pourrez garer deux voitures devant la maison, un parking commun se trouve également à 100m de la maison.
Télévision et Wifi haut-débit, cuisine toute équipée avec four, lave-vaisselle et machine à café. La maison est également équipée d’un lave-linge et d’un sèche-linge.

Le linge de maison vous sera fourni pour votre séjour.
Logement non fumeur, les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis

Les arrivées sont possibles tous les jours à partir de 16h jusqu'à 21h.
Au delà de 21h, si une solution d'arrivée autonome ne peut pas être trouvée, un supplément de 20€ vous sera demandé.

Si le logement est disponible plus tôt nous serons ravis de vous accueillir avant 16h. Ceci ne pourra vous être confirmé que la veille de votre arrivée.
De la même manière le jour de votre départ, un départ tardif sera permis si le logement n'est pas repris le soir même.
