Room design was great and the jet tub was amazing. My room had multiple stains on the carpet. The ice bucket had standing water in it which makes me think that it had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. The coffee pot also appeared to have been neglected in the last cleaning. There were a significant amount of dents, dings, and scratches throughout the room which really wouldn't take more than a couple of minutes to repair but hadn't been dealt with which gave the room a much more worn air than the property should show. It wasn't awful but I won't stay there again.

This was my second time here. Pre-pandemic it was awesome. This time...not so much. We got there and my reservation was canceled! Orbitz was clueless but the Signature had my cancelled reservation. We called the 'owners rep' and they didn't have it at first. After they talked with the Signature it got worked out. The carpet was filthy. The towels had blood on them. We went to the store to buy sheets and pillow cases. The pool was closed and no parking at our tower. During one evening a woman kept yelling and fighting with someone in the hall. A telephone in the room didn't work.

The staff was so rude.

Likes: Nice large room, great view, easy to get to MGM and strip, cafe in tower 2 served good food. Dislikes: Unless you are tall or really bendy there is no safe way in and out of the tub which made this less of a feature. Didn't realize every little thing was an add on for price. Like why would I want a room with a kitchen if you gave me nothing to use in the kitchen. The bed was insanely uncomfortable. We ended up laying down two blankets folded because it felt like my back was right against the springs of the mattress. Thank god it was only two nights of this or I would have chosen another hotel.

I didn't like how front desk is not responsible for services other then checking in. I feel breakfast should be offered as well.

Then after it was cleaned it was still dirty, bathroom tiles stained another color, shower rusted, hair on floor and toilet had urine stain. We were left with one pair of towels for a 5 day stay. When we requested more we were then told we had to purchase towels to shower with after we were only given one each for almost a week?!? This was the most the horrific stay ever and would never stay nor recommend this place to anyone not even a dog!

Hard to contact someone to get toilet paper. Checked in and there was only half a roll for two people for 5 days. Shabby room. Very worn. Light fixture falling apart had to fix it.

The view was nice however the room was SO dirty. Stains all over the sofa, mysterious wet spots on the floor, my phone fell next to the bed and when i rrached for it i grabbed a dirty used plastic fork that had been there since begore our arrival. They wouldn't send housekeeping in due to covid and obviously arent taking cleaning between patrons seriously. Very disappointed considering the money spent.

The outside of the property looks fabulous and over my 10 comes years of staying here the conditions and cleanliness has deteriorated. The shower was horrible they didn’t even clean the shower head has rust and corrosion on there for years. The valet guys act as if they don’t want to get your car and the bell guy took out luggage and never brought it to the room because he forgot and had the nerve to tell us that he was sorry it slipped his mind???! I will never stay here again and tell all of my friends and family just to have a balcony its not worth it we would rather stay at the Cosmopolitan!

Terrible place with terrible rude people on the front desk . No parking! Dirty room! I asked for refund and I was told to call the new president to complain! I try to contact orbitz and complain, but nobody ever returned my calls . I purchased trip protection, but it’s just waste of money, it’s useless. Absolutely disappointed by ORBITZ and I will never stay at any MGM property ever again!

We had to fight a roach upon waking. That explains the odd odor in the kitchen area. A 2 inch roach startled my daughter and she screamed and ran. It was a harrowing ordeal to get the roach out. The strip view was nice but balcony floor dirty, this is not luxury.

Love the location and the views are spectacular I highly recommend staying here

If you're planning on lounging in a room and not leaving then great this is the place for you. The room is beautiful the balcony is awesome! HOWEVER, they only valet park which leaves you in a ridiculous stranded predicament when you need access to your car. In the times we've been in n out I've watched countless frustrated parties of people who had to wait excessive amounts of time for their vehicles. We had to wait in a giant line down to the entrance gate just to even get to the drop off at night- took a little over an hour to get back to our room. Won't come back simply not worth the inconvenience. But the tip of the ice burg-The valet did a burn out in my car. So beyond unprofessional. My brand new Continental tires! I saw the way he was treating the cars so I waited to see how he would treat mine and he didn’t care one bit. I do NOT appreciate my personal property treated this way. I sent a message through Orbitz and was given a mediocre response of “oh we will speak to the manager sorry”. I had a miserable time and wasted my money.

Good evening, The reservation has been changed to another unit. Please gather your belongings and proceed to the front desk to check out and in to your suite in tower 3. We will allow 45 minutes to be able to move then we will cancel the old unit you were in.
