It's has 3 large living room areas all fitted with cable TV.
The outdoor pool that's has a stunning rock feature also has a barbecue area and a private bar area.

Kiti has many amenities and lots of history.
Located just a 3 minute walk away from the Villa is the historical church of angels visited daily by people from all over the world! The camel park is a 10 minute drive from the villa,there is wind surfing areas and water sport beaches all within a 8 minute driving distance!
Just a ten minute drive away is the historical salt lake with a picnic area.
The closest beach is only a 7 minute drive away
It's takes 10 minutes to drive into Larnaca City Center.
Kiti has plenty of bars , coffee shops, restaurants,24 hour bakeries, ice cream parlors ,tradition kebab houses, banks and ATM machines..

Perfect villa! Especially for large groups

After our flight was delayed we arrived much later than planned and the owner was happily waiting for us. Upon arrival, everyone was amazed by the villa! We spent most of our time here rather than going out as it was very relaxing. Everyone enjoyed the pool for hours on end and a plus was having a set of speakers to plug in by the pool. Further entertainment included a smart TV, pool table, darts board, a cupboard full of board games and a ping pong table (which we did not use as was dirty). We were not aware that we had to give a £500 cash deposit but the owner made us feel secure to do this and this was returned upon checking out. We had booked an extra day due to late check out but owner advised that she would even refund us for this night which was a bonus! All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be looking to come back and stay!!

The villa is really beautiful, its a shame the owners representative Demi is not maintaining it very well, we complained about one of the outer locks not being lockable, being a security issue, after repeatedly making promises to repair this, no one turned up, our total stay was 21 days, and to make matters even worse is that she took a deposit for electric and damage, which has not been returned even after 13 days. We used 1383 units which would have cost around 1/3 of the deposit max, I explained to her one of the keys broke in the lock, this was not damage caused by us but wear and tear on the key,. she did say to me that she would not be deducting any money for this I would be very concerned about handing over any deposit in cash, I believe the owner is based in Leicester UK, and I shall make an approach to recover my money.
