MY STAY AT THIS HOTEL HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND DURING THE CHECK IN TIME, I HAVE BEEN INFORMED THAT,MY BOOKING WAS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE HOTEL! VERY UPSET TO HEAR THAT,SINCE I COME FROM KL TO LANGKAWI! EVEN THE STAFF ALSO DON'T HAVE MY INFO REGARDING MY BOOKING. PLZ GUYS,DON'T COME STAY IN HERE,BECAUSE THERE WAS ANOTHE CUSTOMER ALSO FACED THE SAME EXPERIENCE LIKE ME! EVEN THEY ALREADY PAY ONLINE VIA DEBIT CARD,BUT WHEN THE TIME COME FOR CHECK IN,THE ROOM WAS NOT AVAILABLE!
