This listing comes with 2 separate buildings both of which you will be given full access to. The main cabin is about 650 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The guest cabin is 425 square feet with a master bedroom, bathroom and movie theater. Both cabins have kitchens. You'll have the entirety of both cabins, the hot tub, the mini golf course and 2 1/2 fully fenced acres all to yourself.

ACCESS
My property is about 15 minutes from Yucca Valley and 25 minutes from the Joshua Tree National Park Welcome Center. Access to the house is via a dirt road but it is only about a half mile off a very nicely paved road. Except in pouring rain or snow, any type of car should have no trouble accessing the property. There is plenty of parking (2.5 acres of it!). I have a lockbox with keys in it. You'll receive an access code the day of your check in.

OTHER NOTES
Use the hot tub at your own risk.

In an effort to maintain a secure premises, the house is equipped with two exterior cameras. One is by the main door facing the main gate. The other is on the north side of the house. No cameras are located inside the house and no cameras can see the front or back porch areas. These are fully private areas.

You are welcome to use the outdoor BBQ! It is propane and propane is provided.

Pets are welcome but I do charge a $50 one time pet fee. Please clean up after your pet! I have doggy bags on the bottom of the coffee stand. Pets are not allowed to be unattended in the house without use of a kennel. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and in the beds. I have pet blankets in a bin you can use on the beds and furniture.
