Getting Around:

Many roads in the high desert are dirt, so please take it slow. While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

• Hot tub heating is always free.

• Pool heating fees:

• May & Sept: $150/night

• Oct & Apr: $200/night

• Nov–Dec & Mar: $300/night

• Jan–Feb: not available

• Please request 48 hours in advance.



DOGS

• Up to 2 dogs allowed; $100 per dog fee.



EVENTS / PHOTOSHOOTS

• Not permitted without prior approval, permits, and fees.

• Ring camera at front door facing driveway for compliance.
