The hotel stay was in good condition
The front desk clerk was nice and friendly. However, I was truly disappointed with my stay. The facility isn’t that great. My room still had trash from the previous guest in the bin. The elevators were broken so I had to walk up and down to and from the third floor with my luggage in order to get to and from my room. When I arrived and checked in, the process took a long time for some odd reason. I had already prepaid, in full, prior to my arrival so it shouldn’t have taken as long as it did. When I finally got my room keys and walked up the 3 flights of stairs, I discovered that my room keys didn’t work because they hadn’t been activated. I didn’t want to walk all the way back down, so I called the front desk from my cell phone and a requested a new key. My room floor had a big hole in the carpet, and the pillow cases were stained and looked dirty. I wanted to leave but didn’t want to miss out on the $150 that I spent. The bed was comfy, but overall, I truly feel as though I wasted my money. I am truly disappointed.
The bathroom was dirty - walls not cleaned
Ice maker, elevator, pool , gym , hot tub all not working or due to covid. Had to climb three flights of stairs with a baby and luggage. Shower liner busted no plastic liner for inside the shower and not enough towels. Remote barely was working while laying in bed had to be up in front of tv. Over all was not worth the $161. And some change for 1 night with my self and kids
