Love the location for great walking and running. Beautiful Veteran's Park down the road and a lake. A walk into town for a bite.

I really liked the breakfast options. All of them to go style, but far greater variety than a lot of places I've stayed in this Covid travel life.

No hot water it was ice cold so I moved to another room thank you for that. I love this hotel but it’s been slowly going downhill

As soon as I stepped foot off the elevator I smelled something terrible. It reminded me of a mixture of mold and animal urine. The smell was stronger in my room. I decided to go to each floor to see if the smell was consistent, it was. Therefore I had no choice but to stay in the room they gave me. Very disappointing. My sinuses bothered me all night into the next morning. With that said, the room itself was pretty clean but there were black stains on the carpet and it didn’t look like the switch plates had been wiped. Luckily I brought wipes with me so I wiped them along with the door handles and the remote. Needless to say I wont be staying at this Hyatt again.

When we arrive the water has been turned off At 1:00 am Saturday the ac blew up in 301 we were moved to the only unoccupied 612 handicap room

The A.C. was very loud and the refridgerator was making a loud noise all night, we had to unplug both to sleep. The shower pressure was very low and hard to shower with

Location ,parking,Great breakfast, nice room and lounge

Great experience. Still had hair and whatnot in my room but I didn't feel like making a big deal out of it. The staffs in the front desk were nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great! My room smelled like mold though, but is it worth the fight for a $75 dollar room? Maybe not.

It's ok. There is nothing even close to walking distance, so if you stay here be prepared to drive everywhere. It also said it had a bar, which is deceiving. If you call having three types of beer and a couple of bottles of liquor behind the counter at the receptionist area a bar,

Excellent room with all the features that make for an effective working space while on the road.

Excellent location. Can't think of one complaint. From the cleanliness and quiet rooms to the Quality breakfast. Excellent choice for the price Hyatt outdid themselves

The problem was when we arrived at 1:30 we were told that we needed to come back at 3:00 and a room would be ready. This is regular check in time. We were not offered to hold our bags for us. Then, when we returned at 3:00 our room was still not ready and we did not receive our room until 3:30. This would normally not be a big problem but my daughter had to get ready for a dance competition and now only had 30 minutes to do due to the late check in.
