The Space:

Four bedrooms, a private pool, and a screened lanai sit ready the moment you pull into the garage - this Lakeland home is built for groups who want space, ease, and a backyard worth lingering in. Whether you're here for a tournament weekend, a family stretch, or a longer relocation stay between Tampa and Orlando, the single-level layout and open design make settling in feel immediate and effortless.

 

Living space

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area keeps everyone connected without crowding. Natural light moves through the shared spaces easily, and the layout flows naturally from the kitchen island out toward the lanai - so the day can start with coffee at the counter and end with an evening outside. A TV and comfortable seating round out the indoor living area for quieter nights in.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The four bedrooms are arranged to give both privacy and flexibility. The primary suite features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom - a calm, self-contained retreat at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, and the fourth bedroom is set up with twin-over-twin bunk beds, well-suited for kids or extra guests. Three full bathrooms mean mornings run smoothly, even when all eight guests are getting ready at once.

 

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything a group needs to cook and eat well: refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, baking sheet, and a full set of cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. The large island provides extra seating and makes it easy to keep the conversation going while meals come together. Pull up to the dining table for a proper sit-down dinner, or keep it casual with breakfast before heading out.

 

Outdoor living

The screened lanai is where this home earns its keep. A private in-ground pool and attached hot tub sit behind the enclosure, giving you a sheltered, comfortable outdoor space to use throughout your stay. The covered patio area offers seating for lounging and an outdoor dining setup for al fresco meals - shade, privacy, and pool access all in one.

 

Work & practicalities

A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make this home a strong fit for remote work, extended visits, or relocation stays. The single-level layout means no stairs anywhere in the home. A washer, dryer, iron, and clothing storage handle the practical side of longer stays, and free garage parking is included. For peace of mind, the home is equipped with a Ring doorbell, front and rear exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. The host greets you on arrival, and the property is professionally managed for a seamless experience from check-in to checkout.

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home offers driveway parking and easy access to major roadways connecting Lakeland to Tampa, Orlando and surrounding attractions.



Lakeland’s central location makes it a convenient base for exploring both coasts while returning to a relaxed residential setting.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

Mid-Stay Cleaning

• $200 cleaning reset for extended stays (includes refresh cleaning, trash removal and fresh linens)
