The property is in a good location. They need to clean up the hallways inside - they did maintenance smoke alarms and left huge mess in front of our door and in hallway. Our walls in our room had scuff marks and screw holds with ripped wallpaper. The price of hotel was great. A few dealers at crap table were moody like they didn’t like their job or us winning.

Room very nice and very clean. Went to the restaurant and was told it would be a 25 minute wait due to no one available to clean up tables. I stood there watching a waiter talk to customers at table for over 10 minutes. No one was cleaning the empty tables. Gave up want across the street and had a wonderful meal and did not wait at all.

The valet would not take our car until they were finished chatting. The bell captain was nowhere to be found, when he arrived, he had a very bad attitude. When we called for more towels, waited 25 minutes on the phone and then just gave up. Upon check out we were double charged for parking.

Lovely Town and ok hotel, very cool pool!!! but the rooms need to be finished with there update or remodel the bed I slept in was gross and stained and all the springs were pushing through into my back. Worst bed I have ever slept in to date and that says a lot!!! I had ten hours of driving after that hotel and I didnt even sleep!!!

I was very unhappy with my stay. There was a major elevator problem the first 2 days there. There was only 1 operating elevator that was taking guest to the lobby. It was usually a minimum of a 20-30 minute ordeal. Some of our group was late for their tee time. They couldn’t wait on the elevator anymore then non of the stairwells gave access to the ground floor. An incredibly DANGEROUS situation, heaven forbid there was an emergency. When tracking down staff on different floors, they told us “ we don’t know how to get outside from the stairs” that took us over an hour to get out of the hotel. At that point some of the group no longer was able to golf because the group was late! When I approached the front desk it was blown off as if it wasn’t Bally’s responsibility that the elevators weren’t operating properly. The next day my room was completely out of toilet paper. After 3 phone calls to front desk, housekeeping, and trip down to the lobby to talk in person, we finally received some after (with elevators that weren’t operating properly) 90 minutes! I was very unhappy with my stay and will be staying at another hotel for my next trip to Stateline.
