Hotel room was nice , this is our go to hotel when going to Tahoe. People were wearing there mask , We had a good time , Don’t expect to have your room cleaned like back in the days (COVID-19 ) is here .

The service was horrible and Orbitz didn't help the situation by giving me incorrect info on my checking but still charged me almost a thousand dollars

The whole property had a horrible scent like sewage and lysol. The pool was lackluster. There use to be a waterfall and all that was left was just a cement slab now. Dont waste time going with COVID precautions. Whirpool/hot tub closed. Mask on as soon as your out of pool and no food or drink in pool area. I understand the food somewhat but we couldn’t even bring a water in for my child. And then others (friends of employees maybe) had glass bottles and numerous drinks in plain sight.

Rented an executive suite for four nights. It was filthy and the safe was broken. When I asked the front desk for housekeeping, I was told they didn’t have enough staff on hand and that I’d have to wait for the following day. I bought my own cleaning products. In 2020 where everyone’s going out of their way to try and maintain safety for themselves and others, this place made me feel unsafe at best.

Wearing masks and checking temperatures not strictly enforced. Dirty room, window needs extensive cleaning. I was charged extra $120 dollars; paid higher rate than originally booked. The hotel says it’s Orbitz charged, I need to dispute it with Orbitz. 😡 Limited food choices.

Room and bed is big and clean, but bedding (bed, pillow, and blanket) quality is not comfortable. Bathroom is dark and the water in the shower is very small. So if you are playing on the beach and go back to clean up, it will be difficult as the water does not cover the entire bathroom area. The sands will be difficult to clean up. You can smell the cigarette smell from casino upon entry. Lake view was beautiful though.

We had had a horrible couple of experiences with previous hotels, but Richard at the front desk was amazing and immediately helped us get into the rooms we wanted (at a great price) and was beyond pleasant. The rooms were fantastic, the bartenders on point, it was exactly the experience we needed after the terrible previous ones.

All the staff we came across had bad attitudes and seemed to hate their jobs. They also gave us the wrong room and a party we came with the wrong room. When asked about the room change they lied and said Expedia shows the wrong rooms when booking. I wouldn’t ever stay there again.

This was my first time to Lake Tahoe and was really excited about this trip. Selection a place to stay it was huge and Montbue seemed to be the right place for it. Registration was great however everything else from there was downhill. I've had reserved a single king bed and was given a 2 queen bed room with little to none amenities, no small fridge. Worse pillows i ever sleep o, dirty coffee maker, 1 roll of toilet paper. Now the 2nd day of my stay i wanted to try the restaurant and called downstairs to ask about wait times an lady answer the phone and said there was no wait so i went downstairs really excited to try their new york offer and when i went there the hist ignored us for about 5 minutes and then she finally acknowledge us she tells me the wait its about 1 hour for 2 people. I understand we are leaving difficult times with Covid-19 but the restaurant was fairly empty. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Our room was not cleaned. There was garbage underneath the sink and desk. There was hair in the sink and in the shower. I'm not talking just one hair there were multiple hair's in the shower. Long black one's.

Due to the corona virus, we were asked to leave. I have been trying to get through to Orbitz to get a refund on the nights I did not stay. I know maybe some of the staff has been laid off. But I hope the person going through these contacts me when possible.

Loved the pool area. Unhappy with them closing the casino and making us check out early and not being able to get ahold of anyone for a refund

Our bed only had 2 small pillows. Housekeeping was banging on our door at 8:30 when check out was at 11.

I was upset because it wasn’t advertised that there restaurants would be closed during the week. We really wanted to have a nice dinner for our anniversary. Had to go to the same restaurant to eat
