First off we had to pay $20 a day to park in their parking garage from the hotel we are staying in....a little weird when your paying for a room there.... WORST OF ALL there was house keeping pretending to clean rooms in evening. She saw me leave and didn't know my husband was as in the room and made her way in there to steal and go through our stuff. Unsure if it happened before when we were out at the casino but I assume that's what she did. The manager was GREAT THOUGH!!! ashe took it VERY SERIOUSLY and was so professional about it. She sat down and took a report and wanted all information

There is very limited staff with no bell hop assistance since there was just one which made it difficult to pull my luggage so far to the elevator. No assistance was offered by the front desk nor was she very friendly or informative with rewards options or where the elevator was located at. We asked for a conjoined rooms to our friends and was told they had none available but there were hardly no one staying around there. When I got to my room there was some spillage of some sourt on the wall and when we asked the front desk to send someone to clean it NO ONE SHOWED UP. I called the numbers to the front desk, maintenance, room service but no one would answer. The only way I received clean towels was if I found the cleaners in the halls. My room was never cleaned no matter if I let the front desk know or called the extension given in the room. I had to toss my trash bags outside my door and if i wanted a trash bag i had to leave the entire garbage can outside my door.

3 days after staying ,they charged me $53.12 additionally except resort fees $30.78 and parking fees $20. When I checked out they gave me bill $50.78. I don’t know why they charged me that. Tried to call hotel several times but couldn’t connect with them. It’s currently claiming. The front desk seems to be handling work unskilled. For calling and claiming I spent a lot of time.

Property desperately needs to be updated. Construction areas unsafe and almost no signage so you walk in long hallways wondering where you are. There is no free breakfast and parking is paid to the hotel.

I liked that everything was close by but as far as property goes would have been nice if they had some sort of convince store onsite such as for snacks, soda etc and front desk clerks should be more friendly and welcoming rather than someone who seems to hate people interactions and seems dry and in the sense of not seeming welcoming at all

Great stay and perfect for catching Tahoe hockey

The hotel 🏨 is a little older and I was skeptical about booking because of all the negative reviews but it ended up being fine with clean and comfortable rooms then being being perfect for attending the hockey game in the evening. Had lunch at the hotel cafe and it was very good. Would definitely book here again.
