The hard "cant check in until 4" because there isnt a human manning the front desk, is pretty lame. (Its all automated via email/text). It also sucks cause you cant ask for a specific room type, like ground floor or something close to the stairs (lugging all my gear in from my truck) Wasnt clear instructions that the door is an electronic keypad. So when i got to the door and touched the keypad like 5 times and it didnt turn on, i didnt know what to do next, especially since nobody at the front desk. Lucky for me, i found a lady, who i later found out was a maid there, and she showed me how to use the key pad correctly. (Very nice lady btw) No carpet on the floor which isnt a big deal until your tracking snow in from outside and 30 mins later, you have tiny puddles all over the floor (not fun with barefeet or socks on walking around the room) You get what you pay for 100% at this place.

The rooms were very clean, the manager was extremely helpful and nice, went valentines weekend and the room was decorated with balloons and flower pedals and treats. Highly recommend. Will stay here every time I visit

This hotel was truly excellent. The staff were very polite and attentive, providing thoughtful service throughout our stay. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. Due to a snowstorm, we had to check out one night early. We were fully prepared not to receive any refund, but the hotel kindly gave us credit for the unused night. That level of understanding and flexibility was truly impressive. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice place for the night. It did have some things that I wasn’t expecting like housekeeping can do a better job. Corn chips on the floor, soap from the previous guest, garbage not empty. Otherwise it was pleasant. Parking is tight if you have a big truck
