The spa tub in the room was just fantastic! Overall, the room had a very cozy, romantic feeling. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.
The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our room. There were a few things in the room that were not in great condition, but the staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the overall care for the building. Stains, food and trash left in room from previous guest.
It was a fairly nice room. It was comfortable enough for the money. Though I think a check n time of 4pm is late in my opinion. Most hotels have a 2pm check in. The carpets were disgusting. The elevated platform the bed was on looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in years. I refused to walk barefoot in the room. The bathtub was nice and large. I wouldn’t call it a spa because the jets didn’t work. I tried multiple times and not one bubble, so it was just still water which when the only reason you chose the property didn’t work it was disappointing.There was a dirty shredded towel left on the shower floor by accident I presume. The rest of the bathroom area was very clean. The rest of the property looked as though no one was responsible for cleaning. Clusters of insects on the ceilings in the stairwell is the first impression as you walk towards your room. Doesn’t give you much hope. Cleaning is an easy things to address but they seemed to have overlooked it. The location is great and they provide complimentary bikes that I saw outside, but was annoyed they weren’t mentioned during my check-in process. Overall if you keep your expectations lowered you’ll be satisfied. For the price of a room, if I were in a pinch I would stay again.
The location is perfect, near emerald bay and near from restaurant, gasoline statiob and grocery stores. The property is clean and the rooms were spacious. The check in & check out process was fast & very easy. Lastly staff is very friendly. Would recommend this place!
Open shower and jacuzzi was kinda cool, but seem out of the 70's. Needs updating. Get rid of the gold bath fixtures.

Good stay, but my wife and i got lousy sleep on tired mattress.....Hot tub didnt work until the 2nd night i found a tripped breaker and it started working......
