Overall the property is dated and worn. The carpets is tired and stained. There was limited staff. My room wasn’t cleaned until 9 pm and only after I called. The feel of the hotel was old and sticky.

The hotel was ran down everywhere. Needs major paint touch up. Stains in the bathroom and tub. Pillows on the bed was flat and extremely disappointing.

This is a has-been property. Elevators sticking, AC in rooms sporadic, rooms and hallways in serious need of renovation, guests that met the condition of “lowest common denominator “. General air of a run down tired has been property. Not staying again.

I paid 50$ for parking in 1 night.....that's no fair😡😡

The staff was great but bathrooms in rooms are outdated needing total makeover. The first room we got had a bad smell, turns out there was a pool of water in bathroom, it smelled disgusting. Had to go to help desk and we were given another room. The second room bathroom was aged, had mould in bathtub.

Stayed in the sunset tower the heating & cooling does not work in the rooms. There was also no hot water to shower. When I called the front desk they said I had to let the water run 20 to 30 minutes. I waited for about 40 minutes and when the hot water finally came in it only lasted one minute and it would get cold again then a few minutes later it would get hot and there was nothing they can do.

Toilet ran all night, hotel did not have hot water. Two queen pillows on a king size bed.

No frisge, no shower curtain, no lotion: neceaary for the dry weather

The rooms are not like the picture. The bathroom is so tiny and we cant touch the thermostat. So at night, we are sweating and cant do anything about it. The room is stinky and small. I would not recommend at all

Stayed once before, two years prior, will absolutely not stay again after this scone visit. The cleanliness has gone down hill, so has the property in general. Carpet appeared filthy and coming apart in all areas. There is no option for valet parking, still have to pay $15 a day for parking. There is no room service, your room comes stocked to the bare minimum. They had two small pillows on our bed, a half used roll of toilet paper, one wash cloth. The AC does not work if the temperature drops below 42 degrees. It was approx 78 degrees in our room at night, the solution was to crack a window and they sent us a fan, the fan was broken. We had no option for ordering room service after a night of drinking, if we wanted. We had to pay a resort fee, not sure what resort amenities were provided. I saw that it mentions online access, but we were never told about Wi-Fi in our check-in. The pool was closed due to weather. Needless to say, anyplace would be better than here.

The place is run down and overly priced. Restrooms need to be remodeled, the Air conditioning needs to be worked. It was like a Suana in the gaming area. I wanted to play longer but couldn’t stand the heat. The room was the same way. The ac didn’t work. The girls who serve drinks were lazy. Took 30minutes to get a drink. Front desk folks were nice but avoided conversation.. Not sure if they spoke English. The parking garage is a mess due to some had the bright idea to put Tesla chargers on the second floor which caused a line and couldn’t park quickly.

This hotel is in distress. Out dated and not very clean.

The front desk woman wasn’t competent when asked to charge the rooms separately and left the front desk unattended for 20 mins. We had to ask security to find someone to assist with check in. Horrible service

Good clean place. Would be nice if there were more restaurants.

The hotel is old, dingy, and filthy and it smells like cigarettes everywhere.
