Extremely dark and dated. You don’t get to control the temperature in your room, the Fossett was loose, there was six hours where we had no hot water, and overall the hotel was just dark and dingy.

Aweful service, room was 87 degrees, no ac no fan available.

Rooms need updating & repair

Broken elevator, smelly room with burn holes in carpet, no hot water, noisy, noisy furnace, room view not as advertised.

The staff was pretty incompetent, it seemed as if every employee had just arrived to the hotel themselves with perhaps one day of on the job training. The rooms were nice, clean, but our shower was broken (the screw was stripped and the knob turned round and round in a circle with no water starting out of the shower head). The maintenance guy was very kind and quick to come up, he didn’t have the right piece on hand and gave us a wrench to turn the water on and off until he could get the right piece. So that was interesting. The view from 14th floor lake side was breath taking. The restaurants in the casino were pretty terrible, including the Oyster Bar, but I grew up on exceptional seafood so my standards may be higher than others. Let me just say this: I had a bad oyster there, and anyone who’s ever had a bad oyster knows what I mean when I say it took all my self control not to vomit on the counter. Their clam chowder was also subpar and the mussels weren’t anything special either. The server was kind enough to take it off the bill but my stomach didn’t sit right the rest of the day. Anyway, if you choose to stay here, don’t come into it with high expectations. It’s a great place to rest your head and a quick walk to the Heavenly Gondola… not much else stands out about it in a good way.

Elevator carpets very dirty, as we arrived on our floor (11th), lights were broken and very dim-felt like haunted hallway, room was ok but bathroom had black mold in tub, bathroom door had a section broken off at handle—just needs a major upgrade.

The room would not cool off, we had the windows open and thermostat down still too warm. There were other areas in the hotel that had temperature control issues, but it was a good place to stay for a night to get out of town and do something different.

Absolutely the worst vacation we had and a dump of a property. Please remove this from your site as an option they need to level the place. It’s a total scam and dump. We are so disappointed

The closeness to nearby shops

House keeping, our room was not cleaned during our stay was looking house keepers on hall way to get some towels no choice but to use paper towels after shower I don't thing we going to stay Hard Rock any more

poor nights sleep due to the lacking heat in my room. the temp would not rise. after eating dinner in the hotel and coming back looking for a relaxing night, I did not notice the heat was cold until it was late at night and I did not want the hassle of a room change. this was very much a disapointment. please get the heat fixed in the room I was placed.

Overall I would rate this property a C. The property is old and outdated.

There is limited hot water for taking shower.

Nice, but cups, coffee maker and fridge would be nice

From the outside the building looked great! After checking in and as we walked in from the rear parking lot there was a ceiling leaking that just had a bucket under it. Then one of the elevators was ajar so wasn’t working. Once we got into the elevators most of the buttons didn’t light up for floors. We had a late check in because they were “cleaning it” so at 5:30 we were able to check in wayyyy after check in time. Well the room was NOT clean! Dust all over! Also no fitted sheet on the bed just a top sheet and no technical comforter. Once we unpacked we attempted to shower. Well our shower wouldn’t drain at all! So we called macitence which did fix it but went downstairs to get a drink. The downstairs was well maintained and nice! The next morning we finally got to s

Food was terrible, no coffee in room.
