The stores, restaurants and bars are great. The room was supposed to have a referigerator and we had to have one brought up. The situation with heating and AC needs to be addressed. Our friends had to move rooms due to heat. We had to leave the slider open. 65.00 a night for the dog, (stays in a playpen). We spent nearly 300.00 a night. The hotel is way overpriced.

The room size was good, but since it was so spacious it would’ve have been nice to have a second chair. Also, in my opinion most hotels at this price are equipped with a mini refrigerator. It sure would’ve been nice to have. Lastly, the sink and tub didn’t drain well. After using bleach in the drains all was well. I recommend including this process in your routinely cleaning.

I very much enjoyed the Hard Rock Casino. What I didn’t like is that they charge

The location is good but the service is poor. Had to call security 4 times for noise levels that were unbelievable but no results. Tub was dirty (we purchased things to clean it). None of the closet doors worked. Elevator in parking deck broke and we were carrying skis. Casino was our third choice if the 4 that were there together.

Good customer service, no fee for check-in early, no parking fee, clean room, good food at oyster bar.

There is no refrigerator in the hotel room, Ice making machine is not available at every floor, the shower water is not warm enough

Good location, some areas run down. Casino is pretty decent, good atmosphere
