Property is under construction and website does not inform you. Pool is always closed, reason we stayed here was because of pool. Yet you still get charged a resort fee. Will never stay here again. It’s always the same story with this hotel. They are always Working On It.

Beautiful rooms! We had a walk-in closet, a fully functional balcony a wall mounted flat screen, and an absolutely gorgeous room with a view of the mountains. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the couch that faced the balcony was comfortable as well. I would have liked to have a TV in the sitting area as well, but that’s minor. The only problem is the AC did not work that well and all the fan did was push the hot air down from the ceiling. The staff was very friendly and the steakhouse was phenomenal. I was worried when we first got there because the hotel front entrance is under construction but once inside and in our room that changed completely. I was in town for a year competition for my daughter and having a nice quiet hotel and being able to sit out on the balcony with my coffee in the morning Before going to the glittery screaming loud competition was just what we needed! Coming back to the hotel at night to quiet with friendly staff, and a delicious steakhouse was also perfect! I would stay there again for sure

There was a conversion process going on from the hard rock to the GN. Business was kinda slow as it was late winter and my luck at the tables could have been better.

I wasn’t going to leave a review because they’re in the middle of a remodel and it didn’t seem fair but… if you know things are in flux and not quite where you want them to be, then please hire a team that at least pretends to care. We brought a concern about alternating freezing cold and scalding hot water in the shower to the dude at the front desk and I don’t think he could have cared any less. The whole stay was so disappointing. I hope things improve once the remodel is finished.
