No hot water, annoying check in/check out process, and I’m not sure that the room was cleaned before we got there. The AC works and it’s a great price to rest your head

Technically this place was closed for our booking so I can't review the place itself. However the staff reached out to me and made sure we got a room in their other hotel down the road and it was far smoother than I thought it would be, so at the very least staff gets 10/10

I got cabin number two while I attended The americade event and a funeral in schulerville. It was a cute cabin the bed was good, the sheets were incredibly soft as were the towels. The sink hot water is reversed in the bathroom. And I did have to kill a small roach. The TV didn't work properly but I don't care cuz I don't watch it.

We booked a room here for the third time, but don't think we'll book again. Cons: We were travelling with our pet and called in advance to make sure that's ok (they were pet friendly in the past) and they confirmed that we could bring our cat. At arrival we were told no pets allowed anymore but they'll make an exception as we're already here. They never seem to read any emails or remember any call that was made. This time the room wasn't cleaned properly (there was dust and dirt in the corners and under the bed as well as crumbs around the bed, the garbage can was still filled from the previous guests and didn't even get emptied during our stay, one of the lights couldn't be switched off and one of the outlets was loose, so it was unsafe to use. Pros: We got a discount at arrival, AC is working good and at least beds and bathrooms were clean.
